Project Manager / BA - Insurance

From Winning Consulting we are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our delivery teams on a high-impact transformation programme for a leading international Insurance company.

Location: Remote (Spain)

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within a transformation programme, managing scope, timeline, dependencies, risks and actions through to delivery.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders, SMEs, IT teams and external partners to elicit, analyse, validate and communicate requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews, capturing outcomes and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Document end-to-end processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), process flows and key business rules; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls.
