  • Form and lead the project team in a matrix organization, inspiring team members to solve complex problems
  • Organizing and controlling the project along its pipeline
  • Making necessary operational decisions to ensure successful achievement of project targets
  • Becoming an authority on all matters related to the project
  • Change/Risk management of project
  • Ability to implement project KPIs on time and at cost
  • Ensuring project quality according to ISO 16949
