Our client is a leading Australian financial services organisation operating in a highly regulated environment. This role sits within a major regulatory program delivered in collaboration with APRA, with a strong focus on governance, risk management, and delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with SMEs and the central program team to scope, plan, document, and deliver outcomes across seven workstreams
• Manage project budgets, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope
• Coordinate Steering Committee and Working Group cadences, including agendas and minutes as required
• Create and maintain core program artefacts, including risks, issues, actions, and key documentation
• Support executive reporting and engagement activities as required, including inputs for regulator-facing updates
