Project Manager

Monadelphous are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our PNG Operations team, based in our Brisbane Head Office. Periodically you will be required to travel to site in Papua New Guinea for short visits. This position would ideally suit an experienced Senior Project Engineer ready to take the next step into project management and broaden their leadership responsibilities. To be successful, you will bring proven experience in managing project execution teams and subcontractors, along with the capability to liaise confidently with both on-site and offsite client representatives. Strong communication skills, coupled with the ability to prepare high‑quality correspondence and reports, are essential. You will also demonstrate a high level of self‑motivation and the drive required to coordinate and support the project activities of a diverse team.
