Our client is an Australian property group specialising in the development and operation of land lease lifestyle communities for over-50s. They deliver high-quality, resort-style residential developments and are experiencing continued growth across their project pipeline.

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, this role manages 3 land lease community development projects in northern regional Victoria from planning through to completion and handover to operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards
• Support project planning, design coordination and feasibility monitoring
• Manage tender and construction processes, including contractor engagement and monthly claim certification
