Job Description
We are hiring a
part-time Project Manager
to support order operations, invoicing, and internal process improvement for a growing product-based business. This role sits at the intersection of operations, customer communication, and systems management. You will be managing incoming wholesale and custom orders, creating invoices, maintaining the master order log, and ensuring everything flows cleanly from Squarespace into ClickUp. This is a detail-heavy role with real ownership over accuracy and process optimization
