Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • kick off the apprenticeship project based on internal/external stakeholder requirement
  • Requirement gathering of the project, delegation of tasks to respective team members
  • Setting up timeline of different phases of project and execute it accordingly
  • Quality control of project metrics
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholder and efficient communication management
  • Updating details to NAPS portal periodically
  • Define processes as per compliance and implementation into the project
  • Review of CSAT scorecard with respect to service provided and NPS (Net Promoter Score) with respect to relationship building with customer
  • Managing direct and dotted line cross functional teams, monitor and assess their performance as per KRA and KPI
  • Ensure IT Infrastructure readiness and updated dashboard about project status
