Project Manager

Core Responsibilities Project Planning & Estimation: Reviewing blueprint schematics, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs, and technical specifications. Preparing accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost estimates. Site & Execution Management: Scheduling and overseeing daily site operations, ensuring Public Health Engineering (PHE) and firefighting installations comply with local building codes and quality standards.
