Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver manufacturing projects in a dynamic industrial environment. In this role, you will drive capital projects, process improvements, and new product introductions and transitions while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and operational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across . and Mexico sites to deliver consistent, efficient, and high-impact results.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects, including equipment installations, process improvements, and new product introductions and transitions
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Ensure alignment with plant operations, safety, and production schedules
  • Apply continuous improvement tools (., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive efficiency and reduce waste
  • Use data to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
