Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serves as key liaison between client and SGS
- Project management for projects from artwork design through to print
- Collect cross‑functional information such as from regulatory, legal, marketing, engineering, manufacturing
- Lead and champion the cross functional approval process
- Manage communication from multiple locations worldwide
- Brief off‑site production studios
- Maintain and manage product launch timelines
- Produce KPI data (in collaboration with off‑site teams) and contribute to fulfilment and evolution of these KPIs
- Other tasks assigned by manager e.g. Assist marketing team to review color proofs/colour target set up etc
- Serves clients to build mutual business relationship
- Support ad‑hoc tasks assigned by key clients & Account director for account servicing objective
