Key Responsibilities
The PM will be responsible for supporting the core pillars of project management as follows:
1. Project Coordination & Timeline Management
Establish and track project timelines for various initiatives, ensuring all milestones are clearly defined and achieved.
Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication among key stakeholders and departments, including:
HR (Human Resources)
Finance
QA/RA (Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs)
R&D / Manufacturing (Research & Development / Manufacturing)
Clinical (Clinical Operations)
2. Planning & Resource Management
Support the planning process by assisting in the assessment and allocation of required resources.
Monitor and track the availability and utilization of key project resources, including:
Financial resources and budgets
