Role Summary
We're looking for a self-starter and go-getter who can keep PMO operations running smoothly, support leadership with sharp reporting, and coordinate seamlessly across teams—all with minimal hand-holding.
What You'll Do
- Run day-to-day PMO operations and maintain delivery visibility across teams
- Build leadership dashboards, executive decks, and operational reports with high accuracy
- Coordinate with delivery, finance, and HR teams to gather updates and flag risks
- Manage trackers for headcount, resource utilization, billing inputs, and KPIs
- Support business reviews by consolidating data and surfacing key insights
- Organize leadership meetings, capture MoMs, and follow up on action items
- Spot process gaps and proactively drive improvements
