Job Description

• Determining the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Create and standardize processes across all Expansion verticals of SPX through proper documentation and regular revisions
• Identify pain points and provide business-impacting solutions through process improvement projects
• Create process training decks and conduct orientations personalized for each function in relation to the Expansion department
• Develop and regularly update the job descriptions and functions of each individual in the Expansion department
• Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners
• Deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, or equivalent
