We're looking for Project Management Associates!

Responsibilities

  • Update project performance summaries (e.g., financials, utilization, SLA metrics) regularly
  • Own PMO processes and tools (e.g., project charter, issue management, communication and reporting, knowledge management, etc.)
  • Prepare & maintain weekly adhoc tracking reports
  • Facilitate continuous improvements leveraging various internal assets in consensus with key stakeholders
  • Maintain project documents repository and ensure timely updates and version control
  • Coordinate with team members to track adherence on project processes (e.g., project status on ticket management system, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Strong understanding of project management phases, techniques, tools & reporting
  • Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologie...
