The Role
The Project Management team within Loan Operations & Shared Services is seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Associate to support strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. As part of the team, you will contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen stakeholder engagement, support automation efforts, and improve performance reporting. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional partners while gaining broad exposure to syndicated loan operations, data driven insights, client experience improvements, and internal business metrics.
