We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Project Management Assistant to support our project leads and cross-functional teams. This role plays a critical part in driving project efficiency by assisting with planning, documentation, coordination, and follow-through on key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Project Coordination

  • Accurately process and oversee completion of in-house orders

  • Translate field measurements into detailed order forms and submit to manufacturing for production.

  • Calculate raw material requirements (e.g., fabric yardage, liner feet of mesh) for each project.

Vendor Coordination

  • Process and coordinate window treatment orders from vendors.
