Job Description

We are seeking an exciting VRF Project Leader to join one of the leading manufacturers of industrial air conditioners.

In this role, you will be accountable for the project of Cooling only VRF Solution and market expansion plan, manage the schedule, and roadmap and deliver the result on time.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Being responsible forleading the cooling-only VRFprojects from design to manufacturing.
  • Leading the project execution, providing the project delivery progress update.
  • Coordinating across functions such as Product Management, Engineering team, ISC, HR, and sales team on the project plan, follow-up, cost management, and progress tracking and reporting.
  • Identifying the risks in project delivery and leading the project team to mitigate them.
  • Organizing the leadership review meeting and driving the Project report, summary, and action follow-up.
