Position Overview




Reporting to the Plant Launch Manager, the Project Leader is responsible for coordinating and managing project launches and transfers within the Cut & Sew (Tensure) business group of the Seating Division. The role ensures the achievement of project milestones, alignment with cross-functional teams, and flawless execution of all launch and transfer activities. The Project Leader drives communication, prepares required deliverables, manages risks, and supports the plant in meeting quality, cost, and timing objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Program Team to establish and set up manufacturing planning & project milestones.

  • Define resource needs for new projects in coordination with cross-functional teams.
