We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Project Leader to join our Program Management team. In this role, you will lead cross‑functional project teams through the NPI (New Product Introduction) lifecycle, driving industrialization efficiency and maximizing product net income.

General Objective

To manage the end‑to‑end execution of electronic manufacturing projects. You will serve as the primary interface for key cross‑functional team members, ensuring that quality, cost, and lead‑time requirements are fully achieved from the industrialization phase through to the product’s End of Life (EOL).
