Project Leader

• You are responsible for managing the projects independently.
• You will ensure efficient planning, coordination of activities and compliance with budgets and deadlines.
• For this, you will work closely with the owner of the company.
• You are the point of contact for employees within the company, as well as for external parties.
• You help follow up projects and check that safety is central to this.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's or master's degree within construction engineering or equivalent through experience.
• Someone with a proactive attitude and the ability to lead projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
