Summary of Position

The Project Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple engineering development and manufacturing transfer projects to ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality, cost‑effective products. This role defines project scope, schedules, and comprehensively plans using best‑practice project management methods and tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project. The Project Lead drives cross‑functional execution to meet performance, cost, and quality targets while managing resources, budgets, risks, and deviations. Operating within the Quality Management System (QMS), the role ensures disciplined project execution, proactive issue resolution, and successful achievement of all deliverables.
