Project Lead

Requirements:

● Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team in a BPO setup or similar

industry.

● Proven track record of achieving performance targets, improving customer

satisfaction, and driving business growth.

● Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills, with the ability to

inspire and develop team members.

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to

interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.

● Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to

drive business outcomes.

● Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and standards, with the

ability to enforce and ensure compliance.

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

is preferred.
