Job Description

The position of Project Lead - Security reports to the Director, Operations. You are expected to devote your full-time efforts to the business of Paladin. This position will require extensive travel across Canada and working within multiple correctional facilities regularly. The role is expected to become fully emersed and specialized in all common technologies (software and hardware) and systems deployed in correctional facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading Installation and servicing electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV and intrusion alarms. 
  • Pre-wiring, installing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. 
  • Prepares and executes Acceptance Testing Plans that meet contract, client and future service needs. 
  • Assist in system design and layout. 
  • Provide customer with training for proper system usage, and respond to technical inquiries.
