Project Lead

The Program Execution Lead will proactively break down complex, unclear projects into clear, actionable plans, anticipate next steps, and flag risks early. The role will drive implementation readiness by solving problems end-to-end, aligning resources, and developing practical workflows and documentation.

• AI-Enabled Project Planning & Breakdown

Break down broad/ambiguous projects into structured implementation steps using AI tools (e.g., document analysis, requirements extraction, sequencing, dependency mapping).

Anticipate next questions and proactively recommend next steps; drive clarity without waiting for instructions.

• Risk Identification & Issue Escalation

Identify blockers, risks, and feasibility constraints early; raise issues confidently with recommended solutions/alternatives.
