Project Lead Engineer

Role Objective

The Project Lead Engineer is responsible for the technical integrity and timely delivery of construction projects. You will manage the full lifecycle of store fit-outs and corporate renovations—from initial architectural collaboration to final safety certification.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to determine the precise technical specifications, materials, and structural requirements of each project.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to reach profitable and sustainable agreements for the corporation.
• Permit Acquisition: Facilitate and obtain all necessary permits and licenses from appropriate government authorities and mall management offices.
