Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage embedded software development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Perform system study, requirement analysis, and preparation of detailed design specifications.
  • Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and provide accurate effort estimations.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with DO-178C guidelines and CMMI quality processes.
  • Apply Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodologies and use CASE tools during the development life cycle.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team.
