Role Overview

We are seeking a first-level support specialist to join our team in Zurich. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer contact, strong digital aptitude, and knowledge of standard Microsoft products. The role involves receiving and handling incidents and enquiries in four languages, supporting internal clients, and maintaining a knowledge management database.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and handling incidents and enquiries in German, French, Italian, and English, supporting internal clients with IT support matters, and processing and resolving tickets in accordance with our ITIL-based process framework.
