Project In-Charge

PROJECT IN-CHARGE (PROJECT BASED)

The Project In-Charge is responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, and execution of construction projects, particularly high-end residential and land development projects with a minimum construction floor area of 2,000 square meters. He/She ensures timely project delivery, quality compliance, safety implementation, and effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

With at least 5 years of relevant experience in handling both vertical and horizontal construction projects, the Project In-Charge is expected to demonstrate strong leadership, technical competence, and sound decision-making to successfully meet project objectives while managing costs and risks.

Note: This position is under a project-based contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations from site mobilization to project completion, focusing on high-end residential and land development projects.
