Job Description
The Project-In-Charge is responsible for the overall site construction management of a project and ensure that project is completed on time, within budget and quality standards, and with zero accident and fatality.
Duties And Responsibilities
Construction Budget
Review and validate the construction budget based on actual site condition and refer back to Quantity Survey group.
Construction Schedule
Determine the construction methodology to be executed for approval of the Project Manager.
Review the dependency of construction activities against schedule.
Prepare catch-up programs once the slippage hits 5% or more. The catch-up program should include resources needed, methods, and techniques to be employed, and detailed timeline to put the project back on track.
Review and approve the procurement schedule.
