Job Description
- Oversees the whole project from pre- to post-construction.
- Handles client management by conducting face-to-face or online meetings and providing weekly updates, and to company owners as well.
- Manages the purchasing of materials/ equipment and ensuring that all are safely kept.
- Coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors for up-to-date alignment.
- Facilitates punch listing with client and company owners.
- Graduate of any Engineering or Business Management course.
- At least 1 year of experience in the same field is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Risk Management, Cost Estimation, Project Planning.
- Ability to build rapport to clients.
- Strong time management skills.
- Leadership Skills.
