Job Description

  • Oversees the whole project from pre- to post-construction.
  • Handles client management by conducting face-to-face or online meetings and providing weekly updates, and to company owners as well.
  • Manages the purchasing of materials/ equipment and ensuring that all are safely kept.
  • Coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors for up-to-date alignment.
  • Facilitates punch listing with client and company owners.
  • Graduate of any Engineering or Business Management course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the same field is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Risk Management, Cost Estimation, Project Planning.
  • Ability to build rapport to clients.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Leadership Skills.
