Responsibilities

  • Apply the project management methodology (DePICT) to ensure effective project execution and high‑quality documentation.

  • Oversee overall project planning, control, progress monitoring, and successful delivery.

  • Gather stakeholder feedback at key milestones to confirm alignment with customer expectations.

  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks to safeguard timelines and deliverables.

  • Address risks, issues, and scope changes through a structured change control process.

  • Manage project resources and control revenue and capital expenditure in line with approved budgets.
