Project Implementation Engineer

Job description

·Responsible for project planning, program preparation, user training,support during project implementation;

·Responsible for on-site communication and business research of project customers to obtain timely and accurate information and requirements;

·Responsible for analysing and consolidating requirements for product technicians;

·Responsible for compiling, updating and publishing business processes, product specifications, training materials and other project related documents;

·Assist sales with pre-sales technical support;

·Any other tasks assigned by management.

Job requirements

·Diploma and above, major in logistics, IT or related;

·Experience in logistics industry will be an added advantage;

·Experience in implementing Warehouse Management System (WMS)/ transportation management system/ express management system/ e-commerce system/ ERP/ API and other systems.
