Job Description
- Sourcing, screening, interview appointment and endorsement of applicants for the project's manpower requirements.
- Conducts Local Recruitment Activity (LRA), attend to PESO job fairs and Barangays for manpower sourcing.
- Initiates recruitment strategies and use different networks to source applicants.
- Conducts administrative hearings to erring employees and recommends penalties/solutions.
- Timekeeping and checking of daily attendance for payroll
- Handles vehicular accident cases and has strong negotiation skills.
- Communicates with all types of individuals in the project and can recommend or resolve issues within his/her capacity.
- Updates employee's records and mastelist on a regular basis
- Prepares monthly reports to government offices as necessary
