Job Description

  • Sourcing, screening, interview appointment and endorsement of applicants for the project's manpower requirements.
  • Conducts Local Recruitment Activity (LRA), attend to PESO job fairs and Barangays for manpower sourcing.
  • Initiates recruitment strategies and use different networks to source applicants.
  • Conducts administrative hearings to erring employees and recommends penalties/solutions.
  • Timekeeping and checking of daily attendance for payroll
  • Handles vehicular accident cases and has strong negotiation skills.
  • Communicates with all types of individuals in the project and can recommend or resolve issues within his/her capacity.
  • Updates employee's records and mastelist on a regular basis
  • Prepares monthly reports to government offices as necessary
