Qualifications

- Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Familiar with construction project phases and basic methods of archiving and document administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
- Must be meticulous and have high integrity in confidential matters and non-disclosure.
- Self-motivated, independent, hardworking, positive, and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
