Overview:
A leading consumer brands is seeking a Project Executive with an education background in Quantity Surveying to support the planning and execution of the projects.
The role involves project coordination, cost control, tender/quotation evaluation, site progress monitoring, and documentation to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for the projects.
- Liaise with IDs/design consultants, contractors, M&E teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budget tracking, and procurement planning
- Handle Variation Orders (VO), claims, and cost adjustments during project execution
- Monitor project schedule and site progress; prepare progress reports
- Attend site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
