Key Responsibilities:


Manage complete project lifecycle from project handover to final delivery and execution
Plan, schedule, and monitor commercial modular interior projects
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Review project drawings, BOQ, specifications, and scope of work
Ensure smooth execution of modular furniture and interior installation works
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Manage site activities, manpower planning, and resource allocation
Coordinate with production and procurement teams for material availability
Conduct regular site visits and ensure work progress as per schedule
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions
Ensure quality standards and safety practices are followed at site
