Shift: Nighttime (U.S. Hours – 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST)

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-caliber Project Manager to take ownership of solar projects from contract to completion, ensuring every step in the process moves forward efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

This is not a passive coordination role. You’ll actively drive progress, identify roadblocks, communicate across departments, and ensure nothing stalls in the pipeline.


You’ll manage 20–30 active projects at once, working closely with sales, operations, permitting, installation, and post-ops to deliver a smooth experience from start to finish.
