We are looking for a Project Estimator to
join our Sparks, MD team!

As
a Project Estimator at Fidelity Mechanical Services, your primary
responsibilities will be:

  • Developing detailed estimates and proposals for mechanical construction projects.
  • Obtaining
    and evaluating vendor and subcontractor pricing for compliance with project
    specifications and drawings.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, verify site conditions, and interface with Owners, Developers, and General Contractors.
  • Managing
    the bid preparation and formal written proposal process.
