Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing detailed and accurate sales quotations and project proposals.
Develop independent quotations after completion of the probation period.
Assist with schematic and layout drawings based on client and sales specifications.
Perform site layout measurements and define reticulation layouts (water, electrical, and infrastructure).
Conduct detailed cost estimations for materials such as steel, panels, concrete, and structural components.
Perform site inspections and measurements where required for accurate costing.
Update and maintain supplier pricing lists, cost databases, and pricing matrices.
Calculate landed costs and prepare pricing for specialised or complex quotations.
Support the engineering and projects team with technical costing and capex estimates.
Collaborate with sales and customers to ensure clear understanding of project scope and pricing.
