Job description:

We are a growing U.S.-based third-party real estate construction company specializing primarily in hotel construction projects. We are seeking a highly organized Project Estimator to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, develop cost estimates, and support the bidding process. This role requires strong construction knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to assist in smooth project planning from pre-construction through the early execution phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and validate construction takeoffs to ensure accuracy, completeness, andalignment with project requirements
• Serve as a Reviewer for all project documentation, verifying accuracy andcompleteness before submission
• Assist with bidding processes, including coordinating subcontractor outreach,collecting proposals, and preparing bid comparisons
