Job Description Summary

We are hiring a Project Engineer to manage engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.

In this role you will promote adherence to Sandoz's Code of Conduct, Integrity policies, and operational excellence standards, contributing to a safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from conceptual phase through to commissioning.
• Define scope, budget, planning, and internal/external resources.
• Ensure compliance with project management based on the general investment procedure.
• Implement and design robust solutions, considering process requirements.
• Prepare Project Charters, F-CAR, P-CAR, SI, and Decision Matrices for new projects.
