Project Engineering Manager - Pet Nutrition

The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of capital and technical projects from ideation through successful project closure. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. As an active member of the SBU Engineering community, the functional engineering team, and the local site engineering team, the Project Engineering Manager collaborates cross-functionally to drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement across assigned project teams. Key responsibilities include leveraging technical expertise to deliver sustainable solutions that strengthen the organization’s competitive advantage. The role also involves influencing, coaching, and mentoring project team members to build capability, foster accountability, and drive high performance.
