Project Engineering Manager Biscuits

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing world-class biscuit manufacturing lines from scratch, with a strong focus on cost competitiveness, scalability, energy efficiency, and future flexibility.

This position owns the front-end engineering and capital approval journey-from concept definition through layouting, mass balancing, vendor evaluation, and CAPEX estimation-ensuring that projects are technically robust and commercially competitive before moving into execution.

This is a strategic engineering role, not a plant operations or execution-heavy role.

Conceptualize biscuit manufacturing lines from first principles based on business needs (capacity, product mix, cost targets).
