Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The role will also provide support for Project Management Office (PMO) activities and coordinate annual budget planning exercises.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation measures where necessary.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular project status meetings, documenting key decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for management and stakeholders.
