Job Description
The position is responsible for overseeing implementation and completion of all construction works related to land development activities in accordance with the approved plans including project specifications and target timetables.
Land Development Works
- Oversee and manage site activities and personnel during land development to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Evaluate, assess, and implement the approved construction plan and schedule of project handled.
- Monitor actual contractor manpower, delivery of materials and proper usage of heavy equipment/other tools used in land development.
- Provide oversight function on construction of special projects within the site.
- Assess and evaluate proposals from contractors against plans, design, and actual conditions prior to submitting proposals to cost engineers.
- Review and approve the progress billing requests based on the accomplishment of the contractor.
