Company Overview:
We are a growing construction contractor based in Santa Rosa, Laguna, specializing in fit-out and structural works. Due to expansion of our projects, we are looking for a hands-on Project Engineer who can independently manage site execution and client coordination.
This role reports directly to our Senior Engineer (Technical Head).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations and supervision
- Prepare and implement 2-week manpower schedule
- Forecast and verify site material requirements
- Coordinate directly with clients and consultants
- Prepare accomplishment reports for billing attachments
- Monitor subcontractor performance and site progress
- Monitor cost estimates and material control at site
- Ensure project timeline and quality standards are met
Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Minimum 4 years experience in contractor setup
