- Oversee and maintain all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems in the facility.
- Supervise and guide the M&E team in daily operations and maintenance works.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct site inspections for M&E and facilities works.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, projects, and SOPs are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Troubleshoot system faults and provide effective, sustainable, and cost-efficient solutions.
- Prepare accurate reports, documentation, and maintenance records.
- Manage site operations, manpower deployment, and workflow planning.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Liaise with vendors and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.
