THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity for an aspiring Project Engineer to join our Proposal Services team and grown professionally in a challenging and supporting environment.

Reporting to the Proposal Services Manager, you will be a member of the Proposal Services group within the Downstream (DN) Sales department and providing a combined technical/commercial service for the company.

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the technical proposal of projects, with a typical budget of £2-30m contract value, with the support of an in house team of engineers, ensuring that all project objectives are met.

Technical bid responsibilities include a combination of the following: working to a fixed deadline ensuring technical and functional suitability of designs; setting engineering and equipment budgets.
