Position Title : Engineer - Service Delivery (Avaya)

Location : Hyderabad

Experience: 0-4 Yrs

  1. Engineer should be well versed with Avaya voice technology platform .
  2. He should be aware of the Avaya applications like – Avaya Communication manager, Avaya System manager, Avaya session manager, Avaya AES application, Avaya SBC, Avaya gateways . Should be having exposure on these applications installation and configuration , along with their integration and commissioning .
  3. Avaya call management system. This all to be on Avaya version 10. Avaya version 8 and Avaya version 6.
  4. Avaya IP office systems – He should be having good exposure on Avaya IP office PBX and their installation and commissioning as per latest platforms and versions.
  5. Having good experience on troubleshooting for the fault identification on Avaya Communication manager, System manager and Session manager.
