- Attends coordination, interface, and project services meetings.
- Captures accurate and structured meeting minutes, including key discussions, decisions, risks, issues, and constraints.
- Documents action items with clear owners and deadlines.
- Tracks and actively follows up on action items to ensure timely closure.
- Prepares project reports, dashboards, presentations, and formal documents using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Maintains tracking logs and summaries with accuracy and consistency.
- Ensures all reports are concise, error-free, and delivered within reporting deadlines and cycles.
